Get ready to discover everything you need for your perfect day at the ultimate Christchurch Wedding Expo. We've gathered all the top vendors in the region, making this your truly one-stop-shop for wedding planning!
Wander through our main space where vendors will have samples to try and invaluable information to share, helping you refine your vision for the big day. Then, step into our elegant Bridal Lounge – the place where all your gown dreams come to life! This is your chance to view stunning dresses, try on gowns you've had your eye on, and chat directly with designers about booking a bespoke consultation.
But the experience doesn't stop there. Be captivated by multiple vendor showcases on stage, featuring experts in make-up, gowns, music, table settings, and more. Come with your burning questions, or simply stay and soak in the magic that makes a wedding day so extraordinary.

What vendors will be there?
This fair will be packed with over 80 wedding vendors who are all excited to show you all they have to offer. For more information on which vendors will be there, have a look at our vendor page!
How long should I plan to spend there, and is there parking available?
We recommend spending at least an hour at the expo to get a full idea of everything that Christchurch (and beyond!) has to offer. This will allow time to meet and chat to vendors as well as sit and listen to some of the showcases happening on stage.
Parking is available on nearby streets or there are several allocated Wilson parking zones available.
Are there any special offers, discounts, or prizes available for attendees?
There will be free samples, demonstrations and a grand prize giveaway worth $26 000! For more information on our giveaway, check out our page with all the details!
How much does it cost to attend, and how can I get tickets?
Tickets are $25 online and $35 at the door. This will allow you access to the open space, and bridal lounge. If you would like a seat during the demonstrations, there is a small $5 add-on fee.

The showcases are put together by some incredible vendors looking to get all your wedding day questions answered. The list of showcases and their times are listed below; just incase you want to time your visit around who is presenting!

Is it a good place to find unique/bespoke options, or just standard services?
All our vendors like to think every wedding is as unique and bespoke as you! This is a great opportunity to speak to the people behind the emails and enquire into what you have in mind to make your day truly yours. There will be standard services on offer too if you are looking to recreate something that has inspired you.
Is it beneficial to attend if my wedding date is still far away (e.g., 2026/2027), or if it's very soon?
All types of brides are welcome and there will definitely be something that will benefit you for your day. Whether you have only just started your journey or are counting down the months, there will be multiple vendors in every field to be able to tie up the loose ends, inspire a addition to your day, or help to start the ball rolling.
